The Granada Invitational Tournament, or better known as “The GIT”, is a current & alumni player and coaches tournament designed to bring the Granada Basketball family back together for competition and reunion fun.

Team Registration

  • Find your teammates and get ready to play

  • Fill out the GIT Team Application and start collecting your fees (there is a worksheet in the form that breaks it all down)

  • Ensure all players on your team have filled out the Liability Waiver form. The waiver is required prior to being able to play in the GIT. It will be needed to receive your t-shirt when arriving before your first game.

  • All team applications and the total fee is required to be submitted to Coach Gomes by May 3rd, 2019

 

How to turn in your team, player waivers and collected fees

  • All team and the fee must be turned into Coach Gomes by May 3rd, 2019.  He is available on the Granada Campus or via email to schedule a time to physically hand in the complete package.

  • The player waivers can be submitted prior to your first game at the GIT when your receive your t-shirt. Players will NOT be allowed on the court without a signed waiver.

  • The "B" Division has been eliminated. Teams that have previously qualified to play in the B Division may apply to play in the Open or the Classic Divisions.

  • The team entry fee has been increased this year. The GIT has held back the increase in past years. However, the primary goals of the GIT is to bring the community together, enjoy basketball, and assist in the support of the Granada Boys' Basketball program.
